Custom 3D Printing & Manufacturing
We take your project from design through production — prototyping, short-run manufacturing, and post-processing with engineering-grade materials. We'll even help you pick the right one.
What we do
01 — PROTOTYPING
Turn CAD files into functional parts fast. Test and iterate without tooling costs or long lead times.
02 — MANUFACTURING
Short-run manufacturing with full post-processing — assembly, embedding, tapping, and threaded inserts included.
03 — CAD & MODELING
Need help with your design? We offer CAD modeling and geometry optimization as an added service — better design means stronger, more cost-effective parts.
Finishing options
We don't just hand you a print — we deliver a finished part ready to use.
Heat-set metal inserts and thread tapping for high-load or high-cycle connections that demand extra durability.
Embed magnets, nuts, circuit boards, or hardware directly inside the part mid-print — fully enclosed and secure.
We can assemble multi-part builds and anneal printed parts for increased strength, reduced internal stress, and improved dimensional stability.
Material catalog
We'll help you figure it out. Here's what we work with — and we can talk through what's right for your application.
| Material | Best for | Properties |
|---|---|---|
PA-GF Glass fiber nylon | Mechanical parts, high-temp environments, jigs & fixtures, enclosures | Stiff and stable under load or heat. The workhorse for real engineering applications. |
PLA Polylactic acid | Prototyping, concept models, display parts, multi-color objects | Best for visual or dimensional verification. Easy to post-process and paint. |
PETG Polyethylene terephthalate glycol | Functional parts, clips & hooks, fluid-contact parts, molds | Tougher than PLA with better impact resistance. Great for parts that see regular use. |
PA-CF Carbon fiber nylon | Aerospace, drone components, high-end tooling, robotics | Maximum stiffness-to-weight for demanding applications. |
PP SOON Polypropylene | Lab equipment, irrigation, chemically resistant parts | Resists most acids, bases, alcohols, and solvents. |
TPU SOON Thermoplastic polyurethane | Seals, gaskets, wheels, protective housings | Flexible rubber-like material with excellent abrasion resistance. |
The process
Simple, transparent, no surprises.
Upload your STL or share a link. Tell us your material, quantity, and any post-processing needs.
Not sure on material or process? We'll talk it through and send back a detailed, itemized quote.
Accept the quote and pay online. We confirm your timeline and get your job into production.
We print, post-process, inspect, and ship — with tracking and real-time order status.
Send us your files or just an idea. We'll help you figure out the rest.
